SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and delivery speed

Shipping times are calculated from the time that an order is placed to when it is shipped from our fulfillment center. Delivery times are calculated from the time that an order is shipped from our fulfillment center to when it is delivered to the buyer. Tracking information is available as soon as an order is shipped.

The shipping and delivery times in the table below apply only for orders that are submitted for on-hand inventory (inventory that is received and stored in a fulfillment center). These shipping and delivery times apply only to shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the US. Shipping and delivery times to other US states and territories, primarily Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, may be longer.

 

Note: Could be delayed during the Covid-19 pandemic. Due to the different locations of our warehouses, the transportation process of some products might take longer than usual. You are welcome to contact us if you have any concerns. Thank you for your great patience!

Free delivery in the contiguous US by Standard Shipping.

 $10 by Expedited Shipping.

Packages will arrive at your door via UPS / USPS / Fedex / Amazon, etc.

 

Returns

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product You purchased from FRUITEAM:

  • You have 180 calendar days to return Goods from the date you received them.
  • Only Goods that have been purchased directly from fruiteam.com can be returned to Us. FRUITEAM products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the Good you're returning is repackaged with all the parts and documentation that were included when you received it.

There are some Goods, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • The appearance or function of the product is damaged due to the customer’s abuse, etc., which affect the secondary sales.
  • Any parts repaired or changed by an unauthorized repair company.
  • Special offer products (except when the product itself is defective or damaged due to transportation).

Follow These Steps To Register Your Return

Step 1. CONTACT US
Contact us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.

Step 2. GET RETURN INSTRUCTION
Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you return address with the detailed instructions.

Step 3. RETURN THE GOODS
Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it according to the return instruction.

Step 4. REFUND
Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund based on our refund policy

 

Returning Goods

If You need to return Goods, please contact Us by email including Your Order number. We will reply to You within 24 hours. Please attach the reason for the return, the photos of the goods and your order number. 

  • We’ll provide You with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount You will be refunded. 
  • We’ll process your Goods within 2 business days after receiving the Goods, then go through the Refund process after confirming that the product's condition. 
  • We will refund You no later than 14 business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. 
  • We’ll refund your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are not refunded for returns based on personal reasons.
