FRUITEAM Care - Refound & Return

Thank you for shopping at FRUITEAM. We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy. All FRUITEAM products come with a one-year limited warranty.



There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product You purchased from FRUITEAM:

  • You have 180 calendar days to return Goods from the date you received them.
  • Only Goods that have been purchased directly from can be returned to Us. FRUITEAM products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the Good you're returning is repackaged with all the parts and documentation that were included when you received it.

There are some Goods, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • The appearance or function of the product is damaged due to the customer’s abuse, etc., which affect the secondary sales.
  • Any parts repaired or changed by an unauthorized repair company.
  • Special offer products (except when the product itself is defective or damaged due to transportation).

We apologize for any inconvenience. 


Follow These Steps To Register Your Return

Contact us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.

Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you return address with the detailed instructions.

Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it according to the return instruction.

Step 4. REFUND
Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund based on our refund policy


Returning Goods

If You need to return Goods, please contact Us by email including Your Order number. We will reply to You within 24 hours. Please attach the reason for the return, the photos of the goods and your order number. 

  • We’ll provide You with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount You will be refunded. 
  • We’ll process your Goods within 2 business days after receiving the Goods, then go through the Refund process after confirming that the product's condition. 
  • We will refund You no later than 14 business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. 
  • We’ll refund your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are not refunded for returns based on personal reasons.


Exchange Goods

If you purchased your item from, you can return it to Us for an exchange within 180 calendar days from the date you received it. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to our product availability. It's a good idea to check if a product is in stock by visiting and then seeing if it's available. If You need to exchange Goods, please contact Us by email or text including Your Order number. We will reply to You within 24 hours. 

  • Please ensure that the Goods you're returning for exchange have not been opened and used.
  • We’ll provide You with further instructions on how to return and exchange Goods. 
  • Depending on the circumstances, you may be charged or refunded a certain fee . Please contact us for details.



  • If your products have quality problems, we will refund the full amount after you return the Goods, and the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. 
  • And the refund notices will be sent to you via the email on your order. 
  • If you do not receive a refund within 14 business days, you can contact our customer service to confirm, or contact your bank. 
  • Shipping fees are not refunded for returns based on personal reason.
